1.2.1 Connecting to the Quadruped Inspection Robot

When you connect to the quadruped inspection robot, you can choose to connect the product using AP direct connection mode or Wi-Fi connection mode. We will collect your Wi-Fi name (SSID), Wi-Fi password, Wi-Fi physical address (BSSID), device name, device model, device SN number, device identifier, device IP address, account information, and the name and remarks of the quadruped inspection robot you added, to pair the network and connect the quadruped inspection robot for you through the wireless network. If you refuse to provide such information, you will be unable to pair the network, connect the quadruped inspection robot, and experience the complete product functions.

1.2.2 Inspection Monitoring Function

When you use the Inspection Monitoring function, the quadruped inspection robot will regularly capture and upload images and videos of its surrounding environment. We will collect the aforementioned image and video information to help our product achieve environmental perception, anomaly recognition, and inspection execution services. This is necessary to provide you with this function. You can choose whether to use this function independently. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the above function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the Neusoft Embodied Intelligent Robot Management Platform. We recommend that you do not actively expose your sensitive personal information when using this function. If the information you actively input contains personal information of others, please be sure to obtain the legal authorization of others before inputting to avoid improper disclosure of others' personal information.

1.2.3 Task Configuration Function

When you use the Task Configuration function, we will collect the task name, inspection path, inspection time, inspection mode, and other information you set, for generating and managing inspection tasks.

1.2.4 Alert Receiving Function

When you use the Alert Receiving function, we will collect the anomaly information detected by the quadruped inspection robot (including anomaly type, anomaly level, occurrence time, anomaly location, related images/videos), and push alert notifications to you.

1.2.5 Log Viewing Function

When you use the Log Viewing function, we will collect the inspection log information of the quadruped inspection robot (including inspection time, inspection path, inspection results, device status), for you to query and download.

1.2.6 Image and Video Viewing and Downloading Function

When you use the Image and Video Viewing and Downloading function, we will collect the images and videos captured by the quadruped inspection robot, for you to view, download, and save to the local album.

1.2.7 Problem Feedback

You can provide feedback on relevant issues during your use of our products or services through the support page in the App. We will collect the problem description, uploaded images, and contact information you actively fill in, for customer service to understand and respond to your issues, and synchronize feedback results to you.

1.2.8 Operation Analysis and After-Sales Service

We will receive and record your personal commonly used device information, fault information, and performance information according to the specific permissions you grant during product installation and use, in order to analyze the operation of our products, for improving and optimizing our product service experience, ensuring your account security, and providing our after-sales service. The relevant information includes device model, operating system, device identifier, login IP address, network access method, type and status (such as SSID and BSSID), OTA records, product logs and application logs (such as your operation records of the product, application login/logout records, etc.), product status service information (such as product memory, temperature), etc.

In order to provide you with complete product functions and/or services, we may need to use system permissions on your device to collect relevant personal information. The device communication information (device status, task receipt, map progress, etc.) collected by the above MQTT-related SDKs (CocoaMQTT, HiveMQ) is necessary to achieve core functions such as inspection monitoring, task configuration, and alert receiving, and is not used for advertising statistics or user behavior analysis. MQTT communication uses TLS/SSL encrypted transmission to ensure data security.

Coil 3 is only used for image loading and local caching, and is not used for tracking user behavior or collecting user preferences.

Compose Multiplatform Calendar is a pure UI display component, does not access the network, does not read device identifiers, and does not access local storage.

However, please note that information protection issues during your use of third-party products or services are not governed by this Policy. This Policy also does not apply to any information you voluntarily choose to provide to third parties. Please review the privacy protection policy of that third party.

2.1.2 Entrusted Processing

If we entrust other parties to process your personal information, for companies, organizations, and individuals who accept our entrustment to process your personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements or data processing agreements with them, clarifying the entrusted matters and entrusted processing purposes, duration, processing methods, types of personal information processed, protection measures, and the rights and obligations of both parties, requiring them to process personal information only in accordance with our requirements, this Policy, and relevant confidentiality and security measures. In the event of merger, acquisition, bankruptcy liquidation, asset transfer, or similar transactions involving the transfer of personal information, we will require the new company or organization that will hold your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy; otherwise, we will require that company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information

4.2 Deleting Personal Information

In the following circumstances, you can request the deletion of personal information through the contact information provided in this Policy:

  2. If we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent;
  3. If our processing of personal information violates the agreement with you;
  4. If you cancel your account;
  5. If we terminate services and operations.

After account cancellation, we will stop providing you with products or services, we will no longer collect, use, or provide personal information related to that account to the outside, and we will delete your personal information or perform anonymization processing, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

We hereby kindly remind you that your account cancellation behavior will bring many inconveniences to your after-sales rights protection. If you still insist on canceling your account, your account balance (if any) and other assets under the designated product you previously recharged will not be refunded, transferred, or cashed out. Please operate with caution.

4.6 Responding to Your Above Requests

If you cannot complete your above requests through the above methods, or if you believe that the Neusoft Embodied Intelligent Robot Management Platform has any violations of laws and regulations or agreements in this Policy, you can contact us through the contact information provided in this Policy. We will respond to your requests within 15 working days after receiving your feedback.

For your reasonable requests, we will not charge fees in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee as appropriate. We have the right to refuse to process requests that are meaningless/vexatious and repetitive, requests that harm the legitimate rights of others, requests that are extremely unrealistic, requests that require disproportionate technical work, and requests that do not need to be met according to local laws, information that has already been made public, and information subject to confidentiality restrictions.
